摘要
为克服城市复杂环境下地铁车站和常规双线隧道布局受限难题,建立采用大直径盾构建造地铁单洞双线区间,并在盾构隧道基础上小规模扩挖形成车站的建设新思路。以北京地铁14号线东风北桥站(不含)—将台站—高家园站—望京南站(不含)为背景,介绍利用外径为10.22 m的大直径盾构进行区间隧道施工以及在区间隧道成型基础上采用洞桩法(Pile-Beam-Arch,PBA)扩挖地铁车站的施工工艺和技术,重点介绍区间与车站施工衔接工序(穿越风道)和管片拆除等关键技术。工程实施结果表明:大直径盾构施工及其暗挖车站扩挖技术是一种工艺新颖、技术先进、安全可靠的集成建造技术,且对周边环境影响受控,是值得进一步推广应用的施工工法。
The layout of Metro station and conventional double-line tunnel is a difficult problem in complex urban area.In this paper,the large-diameter earth pressare balance( EPB) shield tunneling technologies for North Dongfengqiao Station-South Wangjing Station section on No. 14 Line of Beijing Metro and Metro tunnel enlarging construction by using pile-beam-arch( PBA) method are presented. The key technologies,the connecting construction sequence between shield section and Metro station and segment disassembling,are emphatically presented. The construction results show that: 1) The large-diameter shield tunneling technologies and PBA enlarging method adopted are new,advanced and reliable. 2) The influence of the construction on the surrounding environment can be brought under effective control. 3)The technologies mentioned are worth popularizing.
