摘要
文章介绍了一种广泛应用于防范长输油气管道第三方施工破坏的预警机制——三色预警机制,分别用红、黄和蓝三种颜色预警管道周边的第三方施工,并按照不同的预警级别有针对性的采取相应管理措施,以确保管道安全,此外,还简要分析了三色预警机制基于"安全流变-突变"理论的科学机理。
This paper introduces a warning mechanism extensively used to precaution constructional damage by the third party.The red,yellow and blue colors are respectively represents different warning levels and the relevant management measures are proposed to ensure the safety of the pipelines.In addition,the three-colors warning mechanism based on the 'safety rheology-mutation theory' is briefly analyzed.
