成都地区学龄前儿童25羟基维生素D水平调查 被引量:11

摘要 目的调查成都地区学龄前儿童血清25羟基维生素D[25(OH)D]水平,为临床合理补充维生素D提供实验室依据。方法采用电化学发光免疫分析法测定2014年1~12月本院儿科保健门诊体检的学龄前健康儿童的血清25(OH)D水平,共180例。结果成都地区学龄前儿童25(OH)D平均水平为(32.69±14.30)ng/mL。不同性别间25(OH)D水平差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。儿童血清25(OH)D水平在1~2岁达峰值,随着年龄的增长,25(OH)D水平逐渐下降,各年龄组25(OH)D水平以及25(OH)D缺乏和不足患病率差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。不同季节25(OH)D缺乏和不足的患病率差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),夏季25(OH)D缺乏和不足患病率低于春季,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论成都地区学龄前儿童25(OH)D缺乏和不足患病率较高,其中以〉3~6岁儿童最为严重。 Objective To investigate the levels of 25-hydroxyl vitamin D among preschool children in Chengdu area to provide the experimental basis for rational supplements of vitamin D.Methods Serum levels of 25(OH)D in180 preschool children undergoing the physical examination in the pediatric health care department of our hospital from January to December 2014 were detected by the electrochemiluminescence immunoassay.Results The mean level of serum 25(OH)D among preschool children in Chengdu area was(32.69±14.30)ng/mL and the serum 25(OH)D level had no statistical difference between different genders(P〉0.05).The serum 25(OH)D level reached the peak value at the age of 1-2years old.With age increasing,the 25(OH)D level was gradually declined.The serum 25(OH)D level and prevalence rate of 25(OH)D deficiency or insufficiency had statistically significant differences among different age groups(P〈0.01).The prevalence of 25(OH)D deficiency or insufficiency had statistically significant differences among different seasons(P〈0.05).The prevalence rate in summer was lower than that in spring(P〈0.05).Conclusion The prevalence rate of 25(OH)D deficiency or insufficiency among preschool children in Chengdu area is higher,which is serious especially in 3-6years old children.
