摘要
通过对2010—2014年游泳教学训练数据资料的对比研究,探索游泳训练过程中预防水中抽筋专门性练习的有效动作组合模式。研究表明,做好游泳训练前的水中专门性练习可以有效降低游泳教学过程中的抽筋意外,并能够自我救护,脱离困境或赢得救援时间。
The study,with the comparison of the data from 2010 to 2014 in swimming teaching and training data,explored the effective action combination mode of preventing the specialized training of the cramps in the swimming training process. Through the comparison of the results,this study shows that the special training in swimming training. To carry out a comprehensive,systematic water specific exercises can effectively reduce the swimming teaching process of the cramps,and can make self rescue and can escape from the predicament or win the rescue chance.
