摘要
积极人格是由多种积极人格特质组成的个体内部相对稳定的系统,是个人积极的思想和心态,它强调个体采取一种积极向上的思考行为模式。积极人格有一部分是受遗传因素的影响,但更多的是取决于后天的培养。文章就大学生人格形成现状及原因进行探索,并提出在心理资本理论视角下大学生积极人格培养的相关策略。
Positive personality is made up of a variety of positive personality traits within a relatively stable system. It is a positive thinking and attitude, which emphasizes the positive thinking of individual behavior pattern. Part of positive personality is influenced by genetic factors, but it further depends on the cultivation of later stage.
