摘要
目的根据国家有关法规和标准,通过南京市某石油化工企业生产过程中的职业病危害因素进行检测,评价该企业采取的职业病危害控制措施的效果。方法采用职业卫生调查、职业卫生检测和职业健康检查法对其进行评价。结果该项目存在的职业病危害因素有化学因素(硫化氢、氨、正戊烷、异辛烷、苯、氟化氢、联苯、联苯醚、其他粉尘)和物理因素(噪声、高温、工频电场)。化学因素设采样点47个,合格率为100%;物理因素设检测点及岗位14个,合格率为100%。结论该企业生产装置采取的职业病危害控制措施可行有效。
[Objective]The According to the relevant national regulations and standards, to evaluate the effect of control measures against the occupational hazards by detecting the occupational hazard factors in production process of a petrochemical enterprise in Nanjing City.[Metbods]The evaluation was conducted by occupational health investigation, occupational health inspection and occupational health examination.[Results]The occupational hazard factors in this project included the chemical factors (hydrogen sulfide, ammonia, pentane, isooctane, benzene, hydrogen fluoride,biphenyl,diphenyl oxide and other dust) and the physical factors(noise, high temperature, and the power frequency electric field). The qualified rates were 100% in 47 detection points of chemical factors, while the qualified rates were 100% in 14 detection points and posts of physical factors. [Conclusion]The control measures against occupational hazards in this enterprise are feasible and effective.
