摘要
针对目前老化油脱水方法的缺点,以吉林油田老化油为研究对象,通过对老化油和原油进行性质对比研究,结合老化油难处理原因及其解决方法,提出了一种老化油蒸馏脱水技术。给出了老化油蒸馏脱水终点的确定方法和防暴沸措施,考察了处理温度、处理时间、沸石添加方式和热推动力对老化油蒸馏脱水效果的影响,以确定蒸馏脱水的最佳工艺参数。
Considering the shortcomings of aging oil dehydration methods at present time,and through taking the aging oil of Jilin oilfield as the object of study to compare the character between the aging oil and the crude oil as well as basing on analyzing the difficulty in processing the aging oil,the technology concerning the aging oil distillation dehydration was proposed,including the method to determine the finishing line of distillation dehydration and the measures against the blasting boiling; meanwhile,the influence of processing temperature and time,zeolite addition and thermal driving force on the dehydration effect was investigated to make sure optimal process parameters of distillation dehydration operation.
