摘要
在实验室条件下,对赤泥改性进行了研究,采用了7种改性工艺,研究结果显示3号赤泥制备吸附剂效果显著。制备工艺为赤泥600℃焙烧1 h+3 mol/L HCl酸浸3 h,滤渣用碳酸钠扩孔处理,经过改性后赤泥比表面积由原来的144.7 m2/g提高到532.8 m2/g。此外还采用扫描电镜对处理样品表面进行了表征分析。
Under laboratory conditions,the red mud modification is studied,in which 7 kinds of modified processes are used and the results show that the third adsorbent prepared from red mud is obviously effective. The conditions producing adsorbent are determined: the red mud is roasted in 600 ℃ for 1 hour,then immersed in 3 mol / L HCl for 3 hours at normal temperature,and finally treated with sodium carbonate. After modified,the red mud specific surface area is increased from 144. 7 m^2/ g to 532. 8 m^2/ g. SEM is used to characterize the surface properties of the modified samples.
