摘要
目的分析茂名市茂南区疟疾流行、防治现状,探索茂南区消除疟疾的可行性。方法统计分析发热病人血检、传疟媒介调查资料。结果 10年间开展"三热"病人血检32 253人,共检出疟原虫感染者5人,感染率15.50/10万,皆为输入性病例,其中1例恶性疟,4例间日疟,无二代病例感染;2010—2013年共捕获按蚊5 682只,经鉴定未发现引起疟疾流行的嗜人按蚊和中华按蚊;茂南区居民和中小学生疟防知识知晓率分别是66.33%和74.44%。结论茂南区采取了有效的控制疟疾传染源和传播媒介措施,为消除疟疾奠定了基础。
Objective To analyze of the status about malaria prevention and treatment in Maonan and to explore thefeasibility of malaria elimination in Maonan district. Methods The data of the patients with fever, blood test and malariatransmission media were analysed statistically. Results A total of 32 253 patients with ＂ three fever＂ were collected to haveblood test during 10 years, of which 5 cases were detected in the parasite infection and the infection rate was 15.50/100 000.They were all imported cases, of which 1 cases was malignant malaria, 4 cases were Plasmodium vivax malaria, and no case wassecondary infection.From 2010 to 2013, a total of 5 682 Anophelines mosquitoes were captured. Anopheles anthropophagusand Anopheles sinensis were not found. The malaria prevention knowledge awareness rate of residents and primary andsecondary students in Maonan were 66.33% and 74.44%.Conclusion Effective measures have been taken to control malariatransmission and this provided the basic foundation for the elimination of malaria.
