摘要
目的:探讨足月新生儿呕吐常见病因及发病时间。方法:对135例有呕吐的足月新生儿的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:135例足月新生儿呕吐病例中,内科性疾病111例,最常见的是咽下综合征、胃食管反流和感染,除咽下综合征多发生于生后72 h,其他多见于生后2周左右;外科性疾病24例,主要有消化系统畸形、肠梗阻。结论:准确及时发现足月新生儿呕吐的主要病因,对新生儿呕吐的治疗与预后具有十分重要的意义。
Objective： To investigate the causes and time of vomiting in full-term neonates. Methods： The clinical data of 135 cases of neonatal vomiting were retrospectively analysed. Results： One hundred and eleven cases of neonatal vomiting were caused by internal diseases,including swallowing syndrome,gastroesophageal reflux and infection. The swallowing syndrome occurred in 72 hours after birth,and other symptoms were mostly found in about two weeks after birth. Besides,24 cases of neonatal vomiting were caused by surgical diseases,including gastrointestinal anomalies and intestinal obstruction. Conclusion： It is significant to find the main cause of vomiting in full-term neonates timely and accurately.
