摘要
随着现代技术的发展,人们对健康、环保越来越重视,绿色建筑在国家和人民的期待中从试点逐渐推广开来。对于高校的新校区建设,绿色建筑成为绿色校园构成的主流,并为绿色建筑、低碳生活的推广提供了良好的高校文化基础。低碳环保意识从学生抓起,由高校引领并推广。天津大学新校区第一教学楼作为新校区核心绿色建筑项目,在遵循《绿色建筑评价标准》GB/T50378-2014设计和建设的同时,提出了更高的要求。在第一教学楼中增加了建筑的全周期平台分析管理,因地制宜地提出全周期的数据跟踪方式,通过从建设到运营管理中设置详细的数据采集,来评估整体绿色建筑建设数据与运营效果。
