摘要
复配缓蚀剂由聚天冬氨酸、葡萄糖酸钠与七水硫酸锌按不同比例制得。采用失重法、极化曲线和交流阻抗法研究了复配缓蚀剂在模拟海水中对A3碳钢的缓蚀性能。结果表明,当三者浓度配比为100:20:50时,缓蚀效果最佳,且该缓蚀剂是一种抑制阳极腐蚀为主的缓蚀剂,在海水中具有较好的缓释性能。
An corrosion inhibitor was prepared from polyaspartic acid,sodium gluconate,zinc sulfate. The corrosion capability of the corrosion inhibitor in simulated seawater for Carbon Steel A3 was evaluated by weight loss method,polarization curve and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. The result showed that the corrosion inhibitor was an anodic inhibitor and had good corrosion inhibition performance in simulated seawater. The corrosion inhibition effect on carbon steel A3 was pretty good when the concentration ratio of corrosion inhibitor was 100:20:50 in seawater.
