手术去势联合间歇性雄激素全阻断疗法治疗局部进展期前列腺癌的临床疗效观察被引量：6

摘要目的观察手术去势联合间歇性雄激素全阻断疗法治疗局部进展期前列腺癌的临床疗效。方法 90例局部进展期前列腺癌患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组45例。其中对照组患者采用手术去势进行治疗,观察组患者采取手术去势联合间歇性雄激素全阻断疗法治疗。观察两组的临床疗效。结果观察组患者的前列腺特异性抗原(PSA)水平和生活质量指数(QOL)评分分别为(3.76±1.45)ng/L、(89.27±4.28)分,对照组分别为(14.35±2.37)ng/L、(74.64±4.83)分,观察组患者显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论手术去势联合间歇性雄激素全阻断疗法治疗局部进展期前列腺癌患者疗效显著,有利于提高患者生活质量,值得临床推广应用。
