摘要
分析比较了六家高校图书馆的年度数据报告,提出图书馆年度报告的设计与营销策略:明确主题、讲述故事;直观表达、前端定制;立体营销、注重实效。指出将图书馆的年度数据报告用信息图表的方式展示,并以新媒体平台进行营销,是进行服务推广、提高用户粘性、提升社会声誉的有效手段。
This paper analyzes and compares the annual data reports of six university libraries, and puts forward the design and marketing strategies of libraries' annual report: to tell the story with a specific theme, express ideas directly and provide front-end customization; conduct three--dimensional marketing and drive for results. Atterwards, this paper points out that displaying libraries' annual data reports by infographics and using new media platforms for markeling can effectively promote library services, enhance user viscidity and improve social reputation.
