Relationship of the epithelial-mesenchymal transition and tumor microenvironment

摘要 上皮-间质转化(EMT)是在各种因素影响下,上皮细胞转变成具有迁移能力的间质细胞的过程,在肿瘤的发生发展中具有重要作用。肿瘤微环境在恶性肿瘤进展过程中扮演着重要角色,本文综述了肿瘤微环境中的组织缺氧、炎性细胞、蛋白水解酶等对EMT的形成发挥的重要作用。 Epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT)is a process of transforming the epithelial cells into mesenchymal cells with migration ability,and has important effect on the tumor development. On the pres- ent paper, the important role of tissue hypoxia, inflammatory cells, cytolines and so on in tumor microenvi-ronment in EMT were reviewed.
