摘要
目的：研究针对性心理干预对多排螺旋CT增强扫描检查成功率以及对比剂不良反应的影响;方法：选择2013年4月至2014年5月在我院实施多排螺旋CT增强扫描的患者346例作为研究对象进行回顾性分析,在2013年11月开始实施针对性心理干预措施。对干预前后患者的SAS评分、不良反应发生率和CT图像质量进行评价。结果：观察组患者SAS得分显著低于对照组患者（t=18.794,P〈0.05）;观察组患者无移动伪影的发生率明显高于对照组（χ~2=9.700,P〈0.05）;观察组患者各种不良反应总发生率显著低于对照组（χ~2=48.710,P〈0.05）。结论：针对性的心理干预措施可有效缓解患者的焦虑、忧郁心理,进而提高多排螺旋CT检查的成功率,降低对比剂造成的各种不良反应的发生率。
Objective： To investigate the effect of targeted psychological intervention on success rate of multi-slice spiral CT and adverse reaction of contrast medium. Methods： 346 patients implemented with multi-slice spiral CT from April 2013 to May 2014 were selected as research objects,and their medical records were retrospectively analyzed. Patients in the control group were implemented with the general psychological intervention,and the patients in the observation group were implemented with targeted psychological intervention. The SAS score,incidence of adverse reactions and CT image quality were evaluated. Results： SAS score of patients in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group after the intervention（ t = 18. 794,P 0. 05）. The incidence of no moving artifacts in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group（ χ~2= 9. 700,P 0. 05）. The overall incidence of adverse reaction in observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group（ χ~2= 48. 710,P 0. 05）. Conclusion： Targeted psychological intervention can relieve anxiety,depression effectively,improve the success rate of multi-slice spiral CT examination,reduce the incidence of the various adverse reactions of contrast agents.
