摘要
目的掌握广州白云机场候机楼二期建设区域内医学媒介生物(鼠、蚊、蝇、蜚蠊)的种群构成、季节消长规律,以及携带病原体的情况,为制定防治措施及防控虫媒传染病提供科学依据。方法 2013年8月-2015年3月,在广州白云机场候机楼二期建设区域内,按照施工情况,分为办公区、宿舍区、餐饮区、施工区和绿化带5个监测区域,每月定时、定点、定诱饵、定监测方法,对各个生境内的医学媒介生物进行监测。将捕获的医学媒介生物运送至本局综合实验室进行种属鉴定、数量统计、携带病原体检测。结果 (1)共捕获鼠形动物180只,经分类鉴定为2目2科7种,以臭鼩鼱为优势鼠种,占51.66%;2013年11月鼠形动物的密度最高,为6.04%;办公区的密度最高;对180份鼠心鼠肺样本进行鼠疫和流行性出血热的检测,阳性样本数为0。(2)共捕获成蚊537只,经分类鉴定为1目1科3种,以白纹伊蚊为优势种,占79.14%;2014年7月的成蚊密度最高,为21.56只/人工·h;2013年,室内的成蚊密度高于室外。(3)共捕获蝇类7 067只,经分类鉴定为1目4科25种,以大头金蝇为优势种,占41.36%;2013年10月的蝇类密度最高,为245.10只/笼;办公区的蝇类密度最高;对56组1 120只蝇类进行携带病原体的检测,检出条件致病菌15种。(4)共捕获蜚蠊175只,经分类鉴定为1目2科4种,以德国小蠊为优势种,占94.29%;2014年5月的蜚蠊密度最高,为6.6只/盒·夜;餐饮区的蜚蠊密度最高;对20组100只蜚蠊进行携带病原体的检测,检出条件致病菌3种。结论候机楼二期建设区域的医学媒介生物的密度较高,建议采取科学有效的防治措施,防止虫媒传染病的发生。
Objective To understand the population constitution, seasonal growth, majority of vectors in Guangzhou Baiyun Airport Terminal Building Ⅱand to provide a scientific basis for vectors control. Methods From Aug. 2013 to Mar. 2015, according to the construction, the Guangzhou Baiyun Airport Terminal Building Ⅱwas divided to five areas, including office area, dormitory area, catering area, construction area, treelawn area. Every month,surveillance of vectoer was carried out by the same time, the same place, the same bait, and the same method.Results 180 rodents, 537 mosquitos, 7 067 flies, 175 cockroaches were caught. Suncus murinus Linnaeus are the majority at 51.66%. The highest density of rodent was 6.04% in Nov.2013, and office area was the highest. 180 samples were inspected with no yersinia pestis and Hantavirus. Aedes albopictus Skuse are the majority at 79.14%.The highest density of mosquito was 21.56 in Jul.2014, and the density inside was more than outside in 2013.Chrysomya megacephala Fabricius are the majority at 41.36%. The highest density of fly was 245.10 in Oct.2013,and office area was the highest.1120 samples were inspected with 15 types of pathogenic bacteria. Blattella germanica Linnacus are the majority at 94.29%. The highest density of cockroach was 6.6 in May.2014, and catering area was the highest. 100 samples were inspected with 3 types of pathogenic bacteria. Conclusion Most of densities were beyond the standards. Integrated control measures are recommended.
