摘要
目的针对胫腓骨骨折患者行骨外固定器的应用及临床护理效果进行分析与探讨。方法对2013年1月至2014年12月收治的80例胫腓骨骨折患者行骨外固定器固定治疗,并在手术前后全程予以系统性护理干预,包括术前心理护理、术前准备、术后指导患者进行功能锻炼、防治并发症等方面。结果全部80例患者中,77例在6个月内达骨性愈合,1例未愈合。骨折部位恢复愈合率为98.75%,下肢各个关节功能恢复良好为97.5%。结论骨外固定器治疗胫腓骨骨折在疗效上具有显著优势,同时,在手术治疗基础上配合系统性护理和早期功能锻炼,使患者得良好的指导,能够有效保障手术的顺利进行,促进患者关节功能的恢复并降低了并发症的发生率。
Objective To analyze and explore the application and clinical nursing effect of external fixator in the tibia and fibula fractures. Methods 80 cases of patients with bone fracture of tibia and fibula in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2014 were taken with external fixation for treatment. The systematic nursing intervention before and after surgery,including preoperative psychological care,preoperative preparation,guiding patients in functional exercise,prevention of complications and so on were postoperatively taken. Results In the 80 patients,77 cases were with bone healing in six months,1 case without healing. The recovery fracture healing rate was 98.75%,and the lower limb function recovered well in 97.5%. Conclusion The efficacy of external fixation fractures of tibia is of significant advantage,while surgical treatment based on the complex systemic care and early exercise has good guides for patients,can effectively protect the smooth operation,promote the recovery of joint function in patients and reduce the incidence of complications.
