摘要
利用沉淀聚合和原位共沉淀法制得四氧化三铁负载的聚(羟丙基纤维素丙烯酸酯-co-丙烯酸)(P(HPCA-co-AA)@Fe_3O_4)水凝胶.研究了羟基(—OH)与丙烯酰氯(AC)的摩尔比和反应时间对羟丙基纤维素(HPC)的乙酰基修饰度的影响,通过FT-IR、^1H-NMR等对产物进行了表征.以水杨酸钠为模型药物,研究了水凝胶在不同pH环境下对药物的可控释放行为.结果表明,水凝胶具有良好的pH响应性,在碱性环境下的溶胀行为使药物释放量明显大于酸性环境下.
The magnetic and pH-responsive hydrogels of poly (hydroxypropylcellulose aerylate-co-erylic acid) composited with Fe3 O4 (P(HPCA-co-AA) @ Fe3 O4) were prepared by precipitation polymerization and in situ coprecipitation. Effects of different mole ratios of hydroxy (-OH)/acryloyl chloride (AC) and reaction time on the degree of acetyl grafted on hydroxypropylcellulose (HPC) were investigated. The structure of the products was confirmed using FT-IR and 1H-NMR. The release behavior of the hydrogels at different pH values was studied, using sodium salicylate as a model drug. The results revealed that the higher pH value triggered more accumulative drug release, resulting from the swelling of the hydrogels.
