摘要
目的探讨小儿头皮静脉穿刺成功的技巧及对护理满意度的影响。方法随机选择2013年3月~2015年8月我院收治的98例头皮静脉输液的患儿进行回顾性总结。结果 98例患儿全部救治成功,没有死亡病例,一次性穿刺成成功率为97.96%（96/98）;满意度为95.92%（94/98）。结论小儿头皮静脉的成功穿刺为抢救赢得了宝贵的时间,不仅仅是减少患儿的痛苦,更重要是提高了救治成功率。有效降低了死亡率,提高了护理满意度。
Objective To investigate the scalp vein puncture tips and its influence on nursing satisfaction. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted for the 98 randomly selected cases of pediatric patients receiving scalp vein infusion from March 2013 to August 2015 in our hospital. Results The 98 cases of pediatric patients were successful treated, with no deaths and the one-time puncture success rate being 97.96%（96/98）; satisfaction rate was 95.92%（94/98）. Conclusion Scalp vein puncture success win valuable time for saving pediatric patients. It not only helps reduce the suffering of children, but it also improves the success rate of treatment. Besides, successful scalp vein puncture can reduce mortality and promote nursing satisfaction.
