摘要
为使炸药材料模拟加载实验结果更接近实弹发射时装药过载应力参量,对大落锤加载实验系统初始参数进行调整。实验结果表明:加载最大应力相同时,较高的加载脉宽使得装药抗过载安定性降低;通过安装调节器,可以实现炸药材料加载最大应力与加载脉宽同时接近实弹发射时装药过载应力参量。说明该方法提高了模拟加载实验结果的准确性。
In order to make the experimental result of simulation loading on explosives approach to the paractical parameters of launching, the initial parameters of a great-scale drop hammer loading experiment system were adjusted. The results showed that the larger load pulse width reduce launching safety of the explosive charge as the same maximum load stress, and through adding a controller, the maximum load stress and load pulse width of the material all approach to the actual firing condition. The study showed that the experimental method improves the accuracy of the simulating experiment results.
