摘要
目的:了解躯体障碍患者在艾瑞克森催眠的催眠状态下,脑电图(EEG)的变化情况和免疫力的改变。方法:记录8名被试在实施艾瑞克森催眠的催眠前,催眠中和催眠后脑电alpha、beta、theta波出现百分比的变化情况,并检查被试在催眠前和催眠后的血常规。结果:躯体障碍患者在进入催眠状态时,较之催眠前和催眠后,alpha、beta、theta波均显著性增加(t_1=-3.61,t_2=3.14,t_3=-4.64,t_4=3.97,t_5=-3.33,t_6=2.72;P均<0.05);血常规各项指标和IGA均无显著性变化。结论:被试在催眠过程中,皮层脑电出现了显著性的变化。
Objective:To observe the changing of EEG features and immune system in patients with somatic disorders during Ericksonian Hypnosis' s trance state.Methods:Before,during and after hypnosis,EEG was recorded and compared in 8subjects.Results:Compared with that before and after hypnosis,there were significant increases(t=-3.61,3.14,-4.64,3.97,-3.33,2.72;P〈0.05)in alpha,beta and theta wave during hypnosis.No evidence was found that hypnosis would affect immune system.Conclusion:In patients with somatic disorders,the changes of EEG features are significant during hypnosis.
