摘要
目的:分析高职药学专业学生的就业现状,探究提高学生就业竞争力的对策。方法:采用SWOT分析方法。结果:现阶段,高职药学专业学生有一定的就业优势但并未得到充分发挥;学生的职业素养、职业能力以及学校就业服务不完善等因素,影响了就业率与就业效果。结论:通过提升学生的职业素养、职业能力,完善学校就业服务等途径,可以提高其就业的适应性和竞争力。
Objective： To analyze the employment situation of pharmaceutical students in higher vocational school and the countermeasures to improve their competitiveness. Methods： The SWOT analysis was introduced to evaluate the employment situation of pharmaceutical students in higher vocational school. Results： It shows that at present, pharmaceutical students in higher vocational school have certain advantages. However, these advantages have not been fully exerted. Besides, there are problems such as defects in students＇ professional quality and ability and the imperfect employment services provided by school, which influence the employment rate and efficacy. Conclusion： The employment adaptability and competitiveness can be improved by promoting students＇ professional quality and ability and improving employment services of school.
