摘要
分别采用两种联轴器和两套支撑系统进行了发动机扭振试验。试验结果表明,台架支撑系统和联轴器会对发动机扭振试验结果产生很大影响。通过理论分析发现,发动机采用不同支撑系统时,传感器支架振动也会不同,从而造成扭振试验结果存在差异。利用某发动机扭振仿真模型,提取影响系统扭振的因子,并进行敏感度分析,发现联轴器主动端惯量是影响发动机扭振综合幅值的主要参数。为保证扭振试验有效性,建议应根据不同试验目的,采用不同试验设计方案。
Engine torsional vibration tests were conducted by using two kinds of supporting systems and coupling systems.The results showed that the supporting system and coupling had a significant influence on test results.According to the theoretical analysis,the vibration of sensor bracket for different supporting system was also different,which led to the difference between test results.With the simulation model of the engine torsional vibration,the torsional factor was extracted and its sensitivity was analyzed.It was found in the end that the inertia of coupling active end was the main influencing parameter of comprehensive torsion amplitude.Accordingly,it was proposed that different test designs should be used to guarantee torsional test effectiveness according to different test purposes.
