摘要
氨纶的连续聚合与传统间歇式聚合相比,具有高效、环保、产品质量稳定等特点,是目前合成纤维行业较为先进的生产方式。通过对连续聚合生产过程进行跟踪研究,发现原料特性、辅料调配和过滤器选择等因素对产品质量的提高有较大的影响,并在实际生产中得到验证。
Compared with the traditional intermittent polymerization, continuous polymerization of Spandexhas the characteristics of higher efficience, environmental and stable product quality, which is the advancedmode in present synthetic fiber industry. Based on the tracing research of the process of continuouspolymerization, it is found the material characteristics, filler blending and filter selection have greatinfluence on the improvement of product quality, which have been confirmed in the actual production.
