摘要
目的了解宁波市市属医疗机构消毒质量状况,为加强医院消毒与灭菌管理工作提供参考。方法采用现场采样和微生物检测方法,对宁波市10家市属医疗机构不同对象消毒质量进行监测与分析。结果连续3年从10家医院共采集不同消毒对象标本1 247份,消毒质量平均合格率为89.82%;2012-2014年度平均合格率依次为82.58%、93.42%和92.00%。在不同监测对象中,以医务人员手消毒合格率最低,为76.82%,压力蒸汽灭菌器灭菌质量监测结果全部合格。10家市属医院监测结果基本一致。结论宁波市市属医疗机构消毒效果质量总体较好,医务人员手卫生需重点改进和提高。
Objective To understand the disinfection effect of municipal medical institutions in Ningbo,so as to provide a reference for strengthening the nosocomial disinfection and sterilization management. Methods Spot sampling and microbiological detection were applied to monitor and analyze the disinfection quality of different objects of 10 municipal medical institutions in Ningbo. Results A total of 1247 samples were collected from 10 municipal medical institutions in different objects for 3 consecutive years,the average qualified rate was 89. 82%. The average qualified rates were 82. 58%,93. 42% and 92. 00% respectively from 2012 to 2014. Among different monitoring objects,the qualified rate of hands of medical staff was 76. 82%,which was the lowest. The monitoring results of pressure steam sterilizers were all qualified. The results of disinfection effect monitoring of 10 municipal medical institutions were basically consistent. Conclusion The overall disinfection quality of municipal medical institutions in Ningbo is quite well,but the medical staff hands hygiene should be improved and enhanced.
