摘要
北美档案事业作为国际上当代档案事业的标杆,其发展历程不是一帆风顺的,有很多经验教训值得我们研究和借鉴。文章基于北美著名档案刊物The American Archivist中的文章,研究北美档案工作的发展历史,探讨了北美地区对档案工作的基本认识、北美档案工作历史问题及应对措施,以期为我国档案事业的发展提供借鉴。
As the model of archival undertaking at present, the history of archival undertaking in North America is rough, there are many problems and experiences which worth our attention. The paper researches the history and development of archival work in North America based on the articles published in the American Archivist, and discusses the perspective to archival work in North America, the historical problems and its measures of archival work in North America for the purpose of promotion of archival undertaking in our country.
