摘要
目的:了解三甲医院医务人员职业生命质量的现况并探讨其影响因素。方法:随机整群抽取南充市三甲医院医务人员,采用职业生命质量量表(QWL 7-32)评价其职业生命质量。结果:1)研究组职业满意度、职业自豪感、职业胜任感及主动性维度得分均低于中小学教师组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);(2)研究组QWL得分较低者73人(32.2%);仅12人(5.3%)QWL得分较高;(3)单因素分析结果表明:年龄、性别、婚姻状况、学历、职业、职称及工作中5种影响因素对QWL均有影响(P<0.05);(4)多元线性回归分析显示,研究组职业生命质量的主要影响因素有工作适宜性、工作回报、工作协作、职称及工作岗位等(P<0.05)结论:三甲医院医务人员的职业生命质量偏低,其影响因素较多,尤其是工作中各种职业因素的影响更为突出,应提倡改善工作相关职业因素来提高人群的职业生命质量。
Objective: To study the current status of quality of working life( QWL) among medical workers in 3 A grade hospital. Methods: With the method of random cluster sampling,the QWL of medical workers in 3 A grade hospital in Nanchong city was surveyed by the QWL 7-32. Results:( 1) The scores of job satisfaction,perceived competence and job initiative in study group were significantly lower than those in teachers in primary and middle school( P〈 0. 01);( 2) The percentage of the worse QWL was about 32. 2%.The percentage of the better QWL was only 5. 3%;( 3) Single factor analysis showed: age,gender,marital status,education,jobs,professional title and the five occupational factors had statistical significance in the model( P 〈0. 05);( 4) Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the main factors,which were related to QWL were job propriety,job reward,job cooperation,professional title and jobs( P〈 0. 05). Conclusion: The QWL of medical workers in 3 A grade hospital was lower. There are many factors can influence QWL,and the occupational factor is the most important. So improving the occupational factors should be taken to improve the QWL among medical workers in 3 A grade hospital.
