摘要
轻钢龙骨质轻、高强、施工简便,因而广泛应用于实际工程中。为给轻钢龙骨吊顶挠度限值的研究提供一定的试验依据,对轻钢龙骨吊顶的挠度进行试验研究。共设计7个试件,主、副龙骨选用U38、C50两种截面形式,以主、副龙骨的跨度为主要变化参数,分析不同跨度下龙骨的破坏特征、荷载-挠度曲线。试验结果与理论值吻合较好;跨度大于1 200 mm的情况下,主龙骨容易发生弯扭失稳,副龙骨不发生失稳,实际工程中应使龙骨跨度不大于1 200 mm。
Light steel keel has been widely used in practical engineering because of light weight,high strength and convenient construction. In order to provide the test basis for the research of deflection limit of ceiling light steel keel,a total of 7 ceiling light steel keels with two cross sections of U38 and C50 were tested. Using the span of main and deputy keels as the main variable parameters,the failure mode and load-deflection curve of specimens with different spans were studied in this paper. The span of the keel should not be exceed 1 200 mm in engineering owing to main keel was prone to instability while the deputy keel was stable. In addition,the theoretical values were in a good agreement with the test results.
