摘要
对平顶山地区低铝硅比铝土矿(A/S 4~5)进行了1t/d规模的铝土矿梯度浮选脱硅方法的半工业连选试验。通过连选流程计算、设备选择配置、磨矿调试和浮选连续稳定运转,获得了连续运转15个班(8h/班)的加权平均试验指标:原矿A/S 4.72,精矿A/S 9.04,精矿产率67.72%,A1203回收率76.73%。所获得的半工业试验结果验证了铝土矿梯度浮选脱硅方法的可靠性,
A bauxite gradient flotation desilication pilot continuous test which scale is one ton in a day is conducted, which is low Si/A1 ratio (4 -5 ) inPingdingshan. By means of pilot test flow calculation, equipment selection, grinding debugging and continuous stable flotation test working, the weightedaverage test result of continuous 15 operating periods(8h/period) is obtained in which the A/S of crude ore is 4.72, the A/S of concentration is 9.04,concentration yield is 67.72% and A1203 recovery is 76.73%. The result of pilot continuous test shows that the bauxite gradient flotation desilication flowis reliable and which can be used as the basis for the industrial project construction.
