摘要
以非洲某国滨海钛精矿砂矿为研究对象,采用XRD衍射分析、扫描电镜等技术对钛精矿在低温固态还原实验中Fe的行为进行研究。研究结果表明:还原温度为1100℃时,铁的金属化率可以达到74%;还原时间为70min时,效果较为理想,Fe的金属化率可以达到68%。金属铁的析出分为聚集和融合两个阶段,且随着还原温度的提高,生铁产品的金属光泽等物化性能逐渐改善。
Behavior of iron during solid state reduction experiment of titanium concentrate under low - temperature in Ati'ica country was investigated by X- ray diffractometry, scanning electron microscopy in this paper. The results show that the metallization of iron roaches 74% at 1100℃, the metallizationof iron reaches 68% when the concentrate reduce for 70min. The precipitation of metallic iron contains aggregation and integration stage, the physical andchemical properties of metallic iron product gradually improve with the reduction temperature increasing.
