摘要
目的探讨急性创伤性腰椎滑脱症的临床特征以及后路手术治疗的近期疗效。方法选取2011年6月~2014年6月收治的急性创伤性腰椎滑脱症患者16例的临床资料,对所有患者的临床症状与后路手术治疗方法进行分析,得出所有患者后路手术治疗的近期治疗效果。结果所有患者手术治疗前以及手术治疗后在Frankel分级上存在非常明显的差异,且手术治疗后的VAS评分以及ODI评分都明显低于手术治疗前（P〈0.05）,有统计学意义。结论对急性创伤性腰椎滑脱症患者实施后路手术治疗,可以改善患者的Frankel分级,降低患者的VAS评分与ODI评分,效果明显。
Objective To investigate the acute traumatic spondylolisthesis clinical features and surgical treatment of posterior short- term effect. Methods June 2011 to June 2014 in our hospital patients with acute lumbar spondylolisthesis 16 cases of traumatic clinical data,an analysis of clinical symptoms and posterior surgical treatment of all patients,all patients with posterior draw recent therapeutic effects of surgical treatment. Results All patients surgery and post-operative treatment in the presence of the very significant differences Frankel grade,and surgical treatment of VAS score and ODI scores were significantly lower than before surgery（ P〈0. 05）,statistically significant. Conclusions Acute traumatic for patients with posterior lumbar spondylolisthesis surgical treatment can improve patients＇ Frankel grade,lower in patients with VAS score and ODI score,the effect is obvious.
