无土造粒剂工艺缩二脲含量测定中干扰的定量消除

摘要 无土造粒剂工艺尿基肥料采用分光光度法测定缩二脲含量显色时试样浑浊,分析结果偏差较大。通过研究造粒剂中的干扰离子,造粒剂干扰显色的机理,试验确定在显色之前定量加入沉淀剂碳酸钠溶液消除干扰离子,建立无土造粒剂工艺尿基肥料中缩二脲含量的分光光度测定方法,并运用于生产实践。 When using spectrophotometric method to determine the biuret content in urea-based fertilizer produced by the soilless granulating agent technology, white haziness appears in the sample during the coloration process, it leads to obvious deviation in the results of analysis. Through studying the interfering ions in granulating agent and interfering mechanism, elimination method of the interference was put forward: adding appropriate sodium carbonate solution as precipitant to eliminate interfering ion before the coloration process.The spectrophotometric method was established to determine the content of biuret in urea-based fertilizer produced by the soilless granulating agent technology, and the method was applied in the production.
