摘要
本文通过对2013年第三版工程量清单计价规范的应用与研究,建议应继续进行完善和加强推广工作,建立技术措施与HSE清单计价规范计价标准。同时,还应深入研究投资估算、设计概算、运营过程中的检维修等全过程工程量清单规范,加强全过程投资造价管理工作,建立项目全过程的工程量清单规范计价体系和全造价工程量清单计价模式。
In this paper, it is suggested that perfection and promotion strengthening work should be continuously implemented through Research and application of BOQ Valuation Specification of the 3rd edition in 2013. Technical measures and HSE list valuation stan- dards are established. （Meanwhile, it is also suggested to implement in-depth study on the whole-process BOQ specifications includ- ing the investment estimate, design budget estimate, and inspection and maintenance in the operating process, enhance investment and cost management in the whole process, and establish a whole-process BOQ standard valuation system and a whole-cost BOQ valuation mode.
