摘要
机场改扩建工程(尤其在不停航(运)、多项目同时进行前提下)的运营准备工作进度计划编制,是一项极其复杂且重要的工作。本文结合结构化研究方法,对机场改扩建工程运营准备工作进行系统、全面的梳理,形成一套比较完备的、可运用的、具有借鉴价值的进度计划编制方法。
The establishment of airport reconstruction and expansion project operation preparation work schedule is an extremely complex and important task,especially under the premise of the non-stop f light（SPLM）,and multiple simultaneous projects. On the basis of the structured approach method,the paper makes a comprehensive and systematic arrangement of the whole process of operational preparations and forms a relatively completed,available and worth learning operation preparation work schedule approach to guide the airport reconstruction and expansion project.
