多层螺旋CT在胰腺癌术前分期中的价值 被引量:19

摘要 胰腺癌是常见的恶性度极高的消化系统肿瘤之一,其死亡率在所有恶性肿瘤中居第四位,进展快、预后差。手术切除是目前最有效的治疗方式。但由于胰腺癌早期无特异性临床表现,发现时多已是晚期,仅有15%-20%的患者有手术机会。因此,早期诊断及治疗是提高治愈率和减少死亡率的关键。多层螺旋CT(MDCT)检查是诊断胰腺癌及术前分期的首选方法,其可以获得准确的解剖结构、肿瘤位置、大小及浸润情况,对评估淋巴结的转移也有重要意义,对临床治疗具有较好的指导作用。本文旨在探讨MDCT对胰腺癌术前分期的应用价值。 Pancreatic cancer is one of the common aggressive tumors of digestive system which have a poor prognosis. It's the fourth cause of the death from cancer in adults. Surgical resection remains the only potentially curative treatment for pancreatic cancer. However, since no specific clinical manifestations of early pancreatic cancer, it's generally found at an advanced stage. Potentially curative resection can be performed in only 15%-20% of patients. Therefore, early diagnosis and treatment is the key to improve the curative rate and reduce the mortality. Multi-detector computed tomography(MDCT) is the preferred method for diagnosis and preoperative staging of pancreatic cancer. It can demonstrate the accurate anatomy structure, tumor location, size and infiltration, lymph node metastasis information, and provide a good guide for clinical treatment. The purpose of this review is to explore the value of MDCT for the preoperative staging of pancreatic cancer.
