烤烟不同栽培模式对色素动态变化和成熟期色素降解及质量的影响 被引量:5

Effect of Cultivation Mode in Different Periods on Plasma Pigment Degradation and Aroma Component Contents in Flue-cured Tobacco Leaves

摘要 在毕节市七星关的生态环境下,以烤烟毕纳一号为试验材料,研究不同密度、留叶数及施氮量对烟叶质体色素的动态变化和成熟期色素降解及烤后烟叶中性致香成分的影响。结果表明:加密减叶处理可以增加中部叶的产量,并且减少由加密对中下部烟叶的影响。加密减叶处理除新植二烯外香气总量大,中、上部烟叶类西柏烷类分别提高38.6%、18.0%,类胡萝卜素降解产物含量相对常规对照模式种植分别提高9.15%、22.4%,其中β-大马酮分别提高10.5%、27.02%。加密减叶中部烟叶苯丙氨酸类、棕色化产物类含量最高,上部烟叶新植二烯含量最高。 The field experiment was carried out in Qixingguan of Bijie, Guizhou with flue-cured variety Bina 1 to investigate the changes in contents of tobacco plastid pigments and the degradation of pigments during tobacco mature which was affected by nitrogen applied amount, plant density and numbers of leaves remained. The results showed that the yield and quality of middle leaf was improved by dealing with in- creasing the density and reducing the numbers of leaves remained. At the same time, the content of cembratriendiol group of middle and up- per leaf increased by 38.6 %, 18.0 %, the content of carotenoids gradually increased to 109. 15 %, 118.0 %, and beta-damascone in- creased by 110.5 % ,127.02 %. The content of phenylalaninc group and browning products was the highest in middel leaf and the neo- phytadiene was the highest in upper leaf.
