摘要
【目的】筛选抗列当的向日葵品种资源,为我国向日葵的品种推广及向日葵抗列当育种工作提供参考和依据。【方法】温室条件下,培养杯内种植向日葵品种资源,通过利用根系诱导列当萌发的方法,对收集到的向日葵品种资源进行抗列当水平鉴定。【结果】油用向日葵品种资源中抗列当材料较多,包括免疫材料3份,高抗材料5份;食用向日葵品种资源中抗列当材料较少,高抗列当的材料仅1份,其余多为易感或高感材料。【结论】油用向日葵品种资源中的抗列当材料较多,整体抗列当水平明显高于食用向日葵品种资源。作为抗源,免疫或高抗列当的油用向日葵资源可用作于向日葵的抗列当育种。
【Objective】To screen the broomrape- resistant sunflower variety resources,and provide reference and evidence for promotion of sunflower variety and sunflower broomrape- resistant breeding in our country. 【Method】Under greenhouse conditions,plant sunflower variety resources in culture cup were cultivated and by using the method of root- induced germination of broomrape,the broomrape- resistant level of the collected sunflower variety resources was identified.【Result】Oil sunflower resources had more broomrape- resistant materials,including 3 immunization materials and 5 high resistant materials. Confectionary sunflower resources had few broomrape- resistant materials,including only 1 high resistant material,and the rest were mostly susceptible or highly susceptible materials.【Conclusion】Oil sunflower resources have more broomrape- resistant materials than confectionary sunflower resources,and the broomrape- resistant level is higher than confectionary sunflower resources. As a source of resistance,immune or highly broomrape- resistant oil sunflower resources can be used in sunflower broomrape- resistant breeding.
