摘要
目的:观察小夹板外固定合中药分期治疗儿童桡骨远端骨骺骨折临床疗效。方法:将本院收治的桡骨远端骨骺损伤患者共76例随机分为治疗组40例和对照组36例。治疗组采用闭合复位后小夹板外固定合中药分期口服治疗,对照组采用闭合复位后单纯经皮克氏针内固定术治疗。治疗结束后观察两组疗效并进行比较。结果:两组总有效率均为100%,两组比较差异无统计学意义,P>0.05。对照组痊愈率为77.78%,治疗组痊愈率为90.00%,治疗组痊愈率明显优于对照组,P<0.05。所有患者随访超过半年,预后均取得满意疗效。结论:因该骨折在儿童骨折中十分常见,通过对其治疗方法的总结、分析、对比和讨论,以便在今后的治疗中根据患者不同的需求选择更简便易行、损伤较轻、患者更易接受的治疗方法。本研究结果提示,闭合复位后小夹板外固定合中药分期口服疗法可明显提高儿童桡骨远端骨骺损伤的临床痊愈率。方法简便易行,值得临床推广运用。
Objective：To observe the effect of external fixation by small splint and sequential stages of Chinese medicine treatment on distal epiphyseal fracture of radius of children. Methods：76 cases of distal epiphyseal fracture of radius of children were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,40 cases in treatment group and 36 cases in control group. The treatment group was treated with external fixation by small splint and sequential stages of Chinese medicine treatment after closed replacement. The control group was treated with internal fixation by Kirschner after closed replacement. After the treatment,the effect of two groups was observed and compared. Results：The total effective rate of the control group was 100%,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 100%,there was no statistically significant difference in the two groups（P〉0.05）. The clinical cure rate of control group was 77.78%,the clinical cure rate of treatment group was 90.00%,the clinical cure rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. All of the cases were followed up for 6 months,the clinical curative effects were satisfactory. Conclusion：The fracture of children is commonly encountered disease. The external fixation by small splint and sequential stages of Chinese medicine treatment after closed replacement has certain effect on distal epiphyseal fracture of radius of children.
