摘要
目的:探讨加味血府逐瘀汤联合尼莫地平治疗偏头痛的临床疗效。方法:采用半随机平行对照法,纳入60例偏头痛患者,30例为中西医结合治疗组采用尼莫地平+加味血府逐瘀汤治疗,30例基础治疗组采用尼莫地平+安慰剂治疗,连续治疗21 d为1个疗程,对比疗效结果。结果:加味血府逐瘀汤治疗偏头痛,能显著减少偏头痛患者的头痛程度、持续时间、发作次数、头痛伴随症状及头痛影响生活程度,且能适当降低大脑前动脉、中动脉、后动脉的平均血流速度。结论:加味血府逐瘀汤联合尼莫地平治疗偏头痛的临床疗效较佳。
Objective：To investigate the clinical efficacy of Modified Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction combined with nimodipine in the treatment of migraine. Methods：Using Quasi- randomized parallel method,60 cases of migraine patients were taken,among them 30 cases in the combined Chinese-Western medicine treatment group were given nimodipine plus Modified Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction and 30 cases in the basic treatment group were given nimodipine plus placebo treatment. The results were compared after continuous treatment for 21 days as one course of treatment. Results：Modified Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction in combination with nimodipine can significantly reduce the severity of headache in migraine patients,duration and number of attacks,headache associated symptoms as well as the degree of influence of headache in daily life,and even can reduce the average velocity of blood flow in the anterior cerebral artery,middle cerebral artery and posterior cerebral artery. Conclusion：The clinical efficacy of Modified Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction combined with nimodipine in the treatment of migraine is better.
