摘要
采取宏观检验、化学成分分析、金相检验以及力学性能检验等方法对石料切割机主轴发生断裂的原因进行分析。结果表明:由于石料切割机主轴生产加工工序不当,造成石料切割机主轴抗拉强度等力学性能未达到设计要求,从而大大降低了主轴的抗疲劳强度,运行中在剪切应力和切向拉应力共同作用下,导致发生早期疲劳断裂。
The fracture causes of spindle in stone cutting machine were analyzed by the means of macro inspection,chemical composition analysis,metallographic examination and mechanical property test. The results showed that the mechanical properties of spindle in stone cutting machine such as tensile strength did not reach the design requirements due to the improper production and manufacturing procedures. As a result,the fatigue resistance of spindle was greatly reduced. The early fatigue fracture was caused under the action of both shear stress and tangential tensile stress.
