摘要
民办高校转型体现在教学活动由原来教学型和应用型为主向以应用型和创新型为主,进而实现对创新型人才的培养。而转型的关键在于如何打造一支高素质的师资队伍。转型对于民办高校师资队伍来讲,既是一种机遇,也是一种挑战。在原有师资队伍建设存在诸多问题的情况下,如何实现转型时期下民办高校师资队伍建设成为教育界关注的重点,文章对此进行分析。
The transformation of teaching activities in private colleges and universities from the original teaching and application oriented to the application and innovation oriented aims to the cultivation of innovative talents. And the key to the transition is how to build a high-quality teaching staff. Transformation is both an opportunity and a challenge for teachers in private colleges and universities. In view of the existing problems in the construction of the teaching staff, this paper analyzes how to carry out the construction of teachers in private colleges and universities in the transition period.
