摘要
为了激发学生对高分子物理实验课程的积极性,提高大型仪器设备的利用率,拓宽学生的知识面,使学生在本科阶段接触到先进的仪器测试技术,我们将橡胶加工分析仪器用于高分子物理实验教学。本文介绍了橡胶加工分析仪的主要检测功能,并通过三种橡胶加工分析实验的设置阐述了橡胶加工分析仪的具体应用。该实验的设置可以使学生通过实验巩固高分子物理知识,分析橡胶加工分析实验中具体的高分子物理问题,更好地理解与掌握高分子基本理论。
In order to motivate the enthusiasm of students in the course of polymer physics experiments and enhance the utilization rate of large-scale instruments, broaden the students" 'knowledge horizon, make students study the advanced measuring and testing technique in the undergraduate stage, the rubber process analyzer instrument is used in the polymer physics experiments teaching. This article introduces the main testing function of the rubber process analyzer instrument, and elaborates its concrete applica tion through setting up three kinds of rubber processing analysis experiments. This can help students to consolidate the knowledge of polymer physics, analyze the specific polymer physics problems in the rubber processing analysis experiments, and deepen the students" understanding and mastery of the basic theory of polymer.
