微生物淋滤在重金属污染土壤修复中的研究进展 被引量:12

摘要 随着工业化和城市化进程的加快,土壤重金属污染日趋严重。微生物淋滤是一种成本低、环境友好的新兴重金属污染土壤修复技术。介绍了微生物淋滤的起源与现状,综述了近年来用于修复重金属污染土壤的微生物种类及其主要淋滤机制,分析了影响微生物淋滤的主要影响因素。最后提出,寻找重金属耐受微生物、优化微生物淋滤条件、深化微生物与不同土壤重金属形态作用机制的研究,有利于更好地将微生物淋滤应用于重金属污染土壤的修复。 With the acceleration of urbanization and industrialization, heavy metal pollution in soil is becoming more and more serious. Microbial leaching is a new environmentally-friendly heavy metal soil remediation technology with low cost. The origin and current status of microbial leaching were presented in this paper. Typical microorganism species and their mechanisms were reviewed, and the influence factors for microbial leaching were analyzed. In order to better apply microbial leaching to heavy metal polluted soil, it should still look for new heavy metal tolerant microor- ganisms,optimize leaching conditions and illuminate the mechanisms between microorganisms and different heavy metal species.
