摘要
以甲苯为模拟有机废气,考察了短时高温气流对生物过滤系统性能的影响,包括甲苯去除率、床层温度、填料含水率、床层微生物量等性能参数。结果表明,通入80℃高温气流1 h后,生物过滤系统的床层温度升高至71.4℃,填料含水率提高了0.27个单位,床层微生物量减少了2个数量级,甲苯去除率降低约70个百分点,导致系统微生物大量死亡及甲苯去除性能下降;但当气流温度恢复至30℃运行5~6 d后,生物过滤系统的床层微生物量和甲苯去除能力均可得以恢复。
With toluene as simulated organic waste gas,the influences of short- term and high temperature gas flow on biofiltration system were investigated including performance parameters,such as removal rate of toluene,bed temperature,moisture content of filler and bed microbial biomass,etc. The results showed that after pimping in the high temperature gas flow at 80 ℃ after 1 h,the bed temperature of biofiltration system increased to 71. 4 ℃,the moisture content of filler increased by 0. 27 units,the bed microbial biomass reduced by two orders of magnitude and the removal rate of toluene decreased about 70 percentage points,which led to massive deaths of microorganisms in system and reduction of toluene removal performance. While the gas flow temperature returned to 30 ℃ and the unit had been operating for 5- 6 days,the bed microbial biomass and toluene removal capacity of biofiltration system could be restored.
