复合香料植物颗粒的制备及在卷烟中的应用 被引量:10

摘要 基于突出卷烟特征香韵及彰显产品风格特征的目的,将能强化清香、甜香、花香指标,增强卷烟甜润感的天然香料植物进行复配。采用低温流化床造粒的方法对质量分数为30%的春黄菊、5%玫瑰、25%罗汉果、15%迷迭香、5%香叶天竺葵和20%的麦冬香料植物粉末进行了复合颗粒制备研究。通过Box-Benhnken实验设计对制粒工艺进行优化,得到最佳的制粒效率83.8%和目标颗粒水分7.05%。结果表明:所制备的复合香料植物颗粒在卷烟滤棒中添加,其内含功能成分经主流烟气携带可以有效增加烟香丰富性,明显改善抽吸品质。香料植物中的挥发性成分作为化学物质基础,在烟气粒相物中通过气相色谱-质谱联用技术鉴定。 Based on promoting the aroma note of cigarette and highlighting product styles,aromatic plants Granules were prepared by low-temperature fluidized bed granulation process,which was added into cigarette filter to improve the style characteristics of fresh smell,sweet scent and flower fragrance,and enhancement of aroma and moisture feature. 30% Anthemis tinctoria,5% Rosarugosa,25% Siraitia grosvenorii,15% Rosmarinus officinalis and 5% Pelargoniumhortorum mixed with 20% Ophitopogin japonicum were compound as aromatic plant raw materials. The optimal operational parameters of spray granulation processing of aromatic plants were obtained based on Box-Benhnken experimental design,in order to achieve the higher efficiency of 83. 8% with granulated and the moisture content of 7. 05%with target particles. In conclusion,the addition of aromatic plants granules in cigarette filter increased the concentration and richness of aroma and improved sensory quality of cigarettes. Volatile constituents of composite aromatic plants Granules were carried forward into mainstream smoke,which as material basis were characterized by GC- MS.
