摘要
学生意外伤害事故处理是各学校无法回避的问题。在此类纠纷处理的博弈中,多以"私了"的方式予以解决。家属和学校在信息不对称条件下会采取各种策略,遵循互惠原则来谋求本方利益最大化。明确学校对学生意外事故承担责任的条件,了解"私了"中各方博弈的策略,对维护学生及其家属、学校的合法权益、促进教育事业健康发展大有裨益。
Students＇ Accidental Iniury Dispute Settlement is an unavoidable problem in varietal schools. It is often solved by private in the gambling field. Both families and schools usually obey the reciprocal benefit principle and use varietal kind of strategies to seek their maximal benefit under the unsymmetrical informational condition. Clearing school＇s responsible condition for students＇ accidental injury and understanding the gambling strategies of private settlement in it are benefit to defend families and schools＇ legitimate rights and interests and promote education development.
