宽带功分网络分析与设计

摘要 采用奇偶模分析法推导得到两级级联功分网络在给定工作带宽时的最佳归一化功分臂特征阻抗值和隔离电阻值,并比工作带宽为80%的二级功分器为例进行了电路设计和实验测试。实验结果显示,在3~7 GHz频率范围内,功分器输入、输出回波损耗分别大于18.8 d B和21.1 d B,隔离度大于30 d B。该方法对任意频段的级联功分网络均可适用。 In this paper,normalized arm impedance and isolation resistor of the two cascaded power divider network is calculated by using even and odd mode analysis while the operating bandwidth is given. Further,the operating bandwidth of 80% of the power divider is designed and measured. Experimental results show that in the frequency range 3 ~ 7 GHz,the input and output return loss are greater than 18. 8 d B and 21. 1 d B,isolation greater than 30 d B. The method for any frequency band power divider network can be applied.
