摘要
从热力学角度理论分析锰的氧化还原反应,并结合现场统计数据,研究影响转炉终点钢水余锰含量的因素及其变化规律。研究表明:终点余锰含量的主要影响因素是喷溅、渣量、终渣TFe含量以及终点成分。通过此研究结果,提出改进提高转炉终点余锰含量的工艺措施。通过控制过程喷溅、优化造渣工艺、控制终点成分等措施的实施,长钢炼钢厂2015年上半年余锰质量分数较2014年下半年提升了0.09%,节约锰铁合金约1.21 kg/t。
From the perspective of thermodynamics, the redox reaction of manganese is analyzed. Combined with the field data, the influencing factors and the change law of the end-point manganese content of liquid steel in converter are studied. Research shows that the main influence factors of the end-point manganese content is the splash, slag quantity,(TFe) content of final slag and the end-point content. The main measures are controlling the splashing and end-point content, optimizing slag formation and so on. Residual manganese content increases by 0.09% in the first half of 2015 compared with the second half of 2014, saving ferromanganese alloy is about 1.21 kg/t.
