摘要
高校转型是"后评估阶段"新建地方本科院校图书馆面临的新形势。本文在分析新形势下图书馆服务创新的背景及优势基础上,明确了图书馆的发展路径,从服务理念、服务资源、服务模式、服务职能方面提出改进策略,并呼吁图书馆建立真实情景下,基于用户感知的服务创新评价体系。
College transformation is the new situation faced by the libraries of the newly-built local universities in the after-evaluation stage.The background and superiority of libraries＇ service innovation was analyzed and then the development path was confirmed,the improvement strategies were put forward from service concept,resource,mode to service function.It was called for the evaluation system of service innovation based on user perception should be built in the true situation.
